INSURANCE
If your insurance company isn’t listed below, you can send them claims for reimbursement of your treatment costs. Feel free to contact me about any questions you have.
Filing insurance claims can seem intimidating, but using your out-of-network benefits or not using insurance has one massive benefit: freedom.
Instead of an insurance company controlling your choices, you get to select a therapist based solely on how much they help you. Therapy is as much an art as it is a science. The fit between therapist and patient can be the difference between suffering and relief.
Whether you decide to work with me or not, please check your out-of-network mental health coverage. You can check your insurance company website for the details of your coverage or you can call them. Here’s the question to ask them.
For an out-of network provider charging $175 for a 60-minute psychotherapy session (CPT code 90738), how much will I be reimbursed?
For group therapy, ask about CPT code 90853.
